We are looking for someone who is able to commit from January to June 26. ## Responsibilities - Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities - Create, maintain, and update records in HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and quality - Attend to staff queries related to HR policies and processes - Provide administrative support in staff welfare, billing, and payments matters - Participate in HR-related projects - Perform ad hoc duties as assigned ## Requirements - Candidates pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields - Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Workday is an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff - Meticulous, well-organized, and has excellent coordination and follow-up skills - Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality and speed matter ## Education & Certifications Degrees/Field of Study: Not specified.
