The role sits within the Clients and Markets team and reports to the web and email marketing lead. This is a hands-on, tactical position focused on delivering measurable business outcomes in a collaborative, high-performing environment. ### Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day digital marketing projects, including updating web content, email marketing, and supporting other digital requests. - Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources to develop data visualizations for stakeholders to enable agile, data-driven decisions. - Design and prepare brand-compliant assets (images, videos, documents) for web and email communications. - Keep up with market trends and collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team to develop digital growth strategies and explore innovative marketing techniques. - Provide technical support to internal stakeholders across business units for go-to-market or firm-wide marketing efforts. - Manage and support internal communication content on platforms and portals such as Microsoft SharePoint. - Provide data and ad-hoc analysis to assist decision-making processes. ### Requirements - Recognised degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. - Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in designing websites/applications and interfacing with web applications. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Familiarity with web analytics software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). - Strong understanding of marketing processes, including SEO, SEM, and business analytics. - Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Creative mindset with awareness of developments in the digital media industry. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. - Excellent project management skills across multiple simultaneous projects. - Meticulous with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Team-focused but capable of contributing as a solo contributor. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with content management systems and digital publishing environments such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or WordPress. - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). ## Applying to this role This Web and Email Marketing Consultant role at PwC runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
