## Work you’ll do

The successful candidate will work in the international tax team providing International Tax (IT) advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients across industries. Responsibilities include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including:

  
- Cross-border restructuring
  
- Tax treaties and withholding tax
  
- Permanent establishment issues
  
- BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters
  
- Tax due diligence
  
- Acquisition tax structuring
  
- Post-acquisition restructuring
  
- Drafting tax advisory memos or reports

## Qualifications & Education Requirements

  
- 1 year of corporate tax experience (0–1 year acceptable for entry-level positions) ideally with an international accounting or law firm; experience in a tax advisory role is preferred
  
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or other business-related field
  
- Professional qualification recognized by ISCA
  
-  SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage
  
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with a passion to learn
  
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, deliver quality work, and collaborate with multiple team leaders
