Our placement programme provides the opportunity to work directly with our Development teams, which support areas such as Finance, Operations, Risk, Trading, and Portfolio Management. During your placement, you will gain hands-on experience with technologies and disciplines including software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, web development, business intelligence, and stream processing. ## What do we want? During the placement programme, you will hone your software and programming skills while developing an understanding of our business and financial markets. You’ll rotate across two cutting-edge teams with the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility and autonomy. The projects you work on will be varied and aligned with current business challenges, so your work will have real impact. Throughout your placement, you will receive comprehensive support, including an induction, a performance review at the end of your tenure, personalized mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, and opportunities to engage in the firm’s charitable activities. At the conclusion of your placement, you will present your key learnings and experiences to tech leadership. Examples of projects you may work on include: - Integrating advanced AI capabilities into our bespoke systems - Developing sophisticated developer tools to enhance productivity - Engineering high-performance, real-time data pipelines - Developing Data Integration pipelines ## What we’re looking for We’re looking for people who want to start their careers on the right foot.
