Client Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Associate who is truly service-oriented and skilled at taking care of people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain management systems with up-to-date client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Assist in preparing reports and materials for client meetings
• Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Salary Information

New York: The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.

Your Team

You will work in New York City with a financial advisor team in a support staff capacity. As a Client Service Associate, you will play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (required for registered Client Service Associates only)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
