This role is within the Real Estate Division, which serves stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider leveraging technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. The division focuses on sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail, and large-scale integrated developments.

Keppel South Central is a brand new Prime Grade Office Building located in Tanjong Pagar. This internship offers meaningful hands-on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience, and learn about asset management and building operations.

This internship role covers two key aspects of managing the asset: leasing and operations. The intern will be responsible for the following:

  
- Participate fully in asset operations at Keppel South Central, including conducting viewings and visits with prospective tenants, and engaging and servicing existing tenants regarding their building and space requirements.
  
- Manage and collaborate with outsourced facilities management companies to ensure the building operates efficiently, befitting a brand new prime grade building bearing Keppel's name.
  
- Engage external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE, and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.
  
- Assist in driving operational excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures, such as tenant fit-out guides and leasing processes, and provide meaningful ideas for process improvements.
  
- Identify new alternative revenue streams for the building, including marketing and placemaking programmes, and organise initiatives and events to create a vibrant community with signature activities.
  
- Plan and execute tenant onboarding, working with the team to achieve set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
  
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and new initiatives as reasonably requested by HQ or the Department Head.

## Job Requirements

  
- Self-driven and takes initiative; comfortable working with a wide range of people both within Keppel and externally.
  
- Strong communication skills.
  
- Some understanding of financial modelling.
  
- Preferably interested in and experienced with event organising, placemaking, or online content creation.
