## Job Description

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.

This role is within the Real Estate Division, which serves stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider. The division leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It focuses on sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail, and large-scale integrated developments.

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  
- Learning, participating in, and contributing to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for property acquisitions and asset enhancement projects.
  
- Conducting research and creating a database of regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement of various property types.
  
- Digitalising current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate proposals and facilitate sharing and use across countries.

### Learning Outcomes

  
- Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes.
  
- Experience with the full cycle of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  
- Understanding of different regulations across countries.

- Proficiency in internet research and ability to validate data.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
