## Role details

## Job Description

  
- Assist in real estate market research.
  
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
  
- Support experienced team members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

## Job Requirements

  
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
  
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
- Good academic standing (minimum 2nd upper/Distinction GPA/CAP).
  
- Preferably a background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate; open to other disciplines or career changers.
