Zinnia

Zinnia's internship program is structured as full-time, 10-week paid placements, posted as separate listings by function rather than one shared pool. For the 2026 cycle, Zinnia posted internships across functions including marketing, software engineering, finance, internal audit, and strategy and revenue operations, based on-site in Greenwich, CT; Topeka, KS; Boulder, CO; and Bridgewater, NJ.

• Duration: 10 weeks, full-time, paid
• 2026-cycle locations: Greenwich, CT; Topeka, KS; Boulder, CO; Bridgewater, NJ (on-site)
• 2026-cycle tracks: marketing, software engineering, finance, internal audit, strategy and revenue operations

Because each function and location runs as its own requisition rather than a shared funnel, an applicant's realistic path in depends on a specific track and city opening in a given cycle, not a single general application to the firm.

Zinnia's platform is used by 70+ insurance carriers and 225,000+ advisors, and the company is backed by Eldridge. Zinnia has grown largely by acquisition: it closed the purchase of Ebix's North American life and annuity business on 1 April 2024, and agreed in April 2023 to acquire consumer insurance marketplace Policygenius, a deal that kept Policygenius investor KKR in the combined company. For an early-career hire, a given team's scope and reporting lines can still be settling as those integrations continue, unlike at a firm organized around one long-standing product line.

Not right now. Zinnia has no internship or graduate roles listed today; new postings appear here as the firm opens them.

Applications to Zinnia go through the firm's own careers site, one application per posting, each expecting a CV and cover letter written for that role.
