VTEX

VTEX runs two separate selection pipelines for its early-career programs:

• [Summer/Winter Internship Program](https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/vtex/jobs/6123528004): an online test issued the day after applying, five days to complete it and results within two, then a video assessment and a closing interview evaluating cultural fit.
• [DCS graduate program](https://dcs.vtex.com/about): five stages – a resume review paired with logical-reasoning and English tests, a CMX Level 1 ecommerce-certification test with a video submission, a technical interview on VTEX's own platform, and a closing "bar raiser" interview before results.

A candidate applying to both is preparing for two different test formats, a timed online exam versus a certification exam, inside the same recruiting season rather than one process run twice.

VTEX runs two named early-career tracks:

• [Summer/Winter Internship Program](https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/vtex/jobs/6123528004): a 12- to 14-week hybrid internship for Brazil-based students enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degrees; the open cohort, Summer Internship 2027, runs 11 January to 9 April 2027 with two weeks in the office.
• [DCS (Digital Commerce Specialist)](https://dcs.vtex.com/about): an 18-month program combining full-time employment with a structured learning track built with the EICOM Institute, open to recent graduates, currently hiring in Brazil (São Paulo) and Colombia (Medellín).

One runs three months, the other eighteen: a candidate choosing between them is really choosing between a single-season commitment and a near two-year graduate track, not between two versions of the same program.

VTEX was named a Challenger in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce, its ninth consecutive year of recognition in Gartner's digital commerce research, positioned close to the report's Leaders on ability to execute. In the companion Voice of the Customer report, VTEX was the sole vendor named a Customer's Choice for the second year running. For an engineer or DCS graduate joining now, that is nine years of sustained analyst scrutiny on the same composable-commerce architecture they would be building on, rather than a newer platform still establishing its category position.
