ThreatLocker's primary early-career pathway is the Zero Trust Cybersecurity Bootcamp, a free, six-week, in-person program at its Maitland, Florida headquarters. Sessions run Monday through Friday, 6 to 8 p.m.: the first two weeks cover IT and networking foundations, then attacker techniques (password cracking, malware development), then defensive Zero Trust practice. No prior certification is required, only a basic grounding in IT concepts.

Completing the program earns a guaranteed interview for a Helpdesk Technician, Technical Support Engineer, or Application Technician role, plus a ThreatLocker Cyber Hero certification. Because the six weeks run entirely on weekday evenings rather than as a full-time block, it is built to run alongside a student's existing class schedule or another job, and it converts directly into a guaranteed interview for three specific entry-level roles rather than a fresh, uncertain application.

ThreatLocker was founded in Orlando in 2017 by Danny Jenkins, Sami Jenkins, and John Carolan. It ranked 49th on Deloitte's 2024 Technology Fast 500 of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America and was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.
