Visa sponsorship
Saxo's careers FAQ answers the visa question for all roles in one statement: "Saxo may be able to sponsor visas for some candidates, depending on the nature of the role and the qualifications of the candidate. Please apply for the role you are interested in, and the hiring team will let you know how to proceed." The FAQ gives no separate answer for students, interns or graduates, and the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors lists Saxo Capital Markets UK Ltd (Canary Wharf) on the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker routes, which shows a licence, not who is sponsored.
Sponsorship is therefore decided role by role after an application is in, so a candidate who needs a visa gets an answer only after applying and should treat sponsorship as unconfirmed for each posting until the hiring team replies.
