RingCentral runs two named early-career streams, set out on its internships and college programs page. RingTern is a 12-week internship across the United States, United Kingdom, France, China, and the Philippines, with function tracks in marketing, finance, sales, IT, engineering, HR, and legal. Rising Stars is a separate new-grad mentorship track covering sales, solutions engineering, finance, engineering, marketing, customer success, IT, and HR. Because the two streams are distinct postings rather than one funnel, a student close to graduation has to decide which programme to apply to before opening the careers portal, and the right choice usually depends on whether they want a 12-week look at a function first or a permanent start with mentorship from day one.
