The programmes
Rapid7's emerging-talent programmes for students and recent graduates centre on two named tracks:
- Belfast Student Placement Programme: a full-year placement, established when the Belfast office opened in 2014, with the majority of roles in Engineering teams and additional spots in AI.
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) Program: an early-career sales seat positioned as a pathway into Account Executive roles.
The placement is a full year out of a degree rather than a summer, and it is geographically tied to Belfast – both are gates worth knowing before applying. The two tracks also sit on opposite sides of the business, so a candidate choosing Rapid7 over a broader rotation programme is committing early to either engineering or sales rather than testing both.
