Prophix

Prophix runs a 16-month paid internship for third-year business students, combining on-the-job training, job shadowing, and direct client-facing work (Careers at Prophix). The program was named specifically when Canada's Top 100 Employers project recognized Prophix as a Top Employer for Young People in 2022 (Prophix Software Named Top Employer for Young People for the Second Consecutive Year). At 16 months, the placement runs longer than a standard summer or four-month term, so it requires a student to take a study term away from coursework rather than fit the internship around a normal semester, and Prophix runs it as a single fixed-length track rather than offering shorter or off-cycle alternatives.

Prophix has been named one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People twice, in 2021 and 2022, by Canada's Top 100 Employers project (Careers at Prophix), and one of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers five times between 2016 and 2021, most recently confirmed independently by The Globe and Mail, which credited the Mississauga-headquartered company's employee programs during the pandemic (Canada's top SME employers show compassion and resilience in the face of crisis). Both recognitions predate the current recruiting cycle by several years, so they point to a sustained pattern rather than a recent push: an applicant is looking at a company with a multi-year track record on early-career and small-employer workplace programs, not a first-time entrant testing the idea.

Not right now. Prophix has no internship or graduate roles listed today; new postings appear here as the firm opens them.

Prophix opened its graduate jobs on 27 Aug 2026. Dates are when the firm posted each programme, or when we first saw it on the firm's careers site.

Applications to Prophix go through the firm's own careers site, one application per posting, each expecting a CV and cover letter written for that role.
