• Summer Internship: a 10-week program that places students into one line of business - Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Community Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Risk Management, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, HR, or IT - running mid-June through mid-August.
• LEAD Rotational Development Program: a 24-month program for recent graduates, split into a Commercial and Credit track (Finance or Accounting background) and an Operations track (operations or process-improvement background), starting late July or early August.

Recruiting for both runs September through October with interviews in November and December, so a candidate is choosing between a single 10-week summer and a 24-month post-graduation rotation from the same autumn applicant pool, months before either one starts.
