Internship and graduate hiring at Mitek Systems
What makes Mitek Systems distinctive among identity-verification and fintech vendors for early-career applicants?
Mitek launched Mobile Deposit® in 2008 as, in its own words, "the first app to let users deposit checks via smartphone", and the company states that 99 percent of U.S. banks now use its technology for mobile check deposit. That market position is backed by a portfolio of 114 granted patents covering its core image-capture and identity-verification methods. For an engineering or data candidate, this is a company whose code already runs in production at national scale rather than an unproven product still finding its first customers - a different kind of early-career bet than a pre-launch startup, with established infrastructure and fraud/compliance rigor to learn from.
