Lendlease runs two Australia/New Zealand early-career pathways through its Graduate Program hub: a Graduate Program commencing every February, and an Undergraduate Program starting from November – the current intakes begin February 2027 and November 2026 respectively. Within the Construction stream, six graduate roles map to specific degree backgrounds:

• Site Engineer and Digital Engineering – civil, structural, electrical or mechanical engineering, construction and project management, or architecture
• Quantity Surveyor/Cost Planner – construction and project management, or quantity surveying and cost planning

Each graduate is assigned a Manager and a "Buddy" alongside support from a dedicated Early Careers team. The degree-to-role mapping means an applicant's specific qualification, not just an interest in construction, determines which of the six roles they are eligible for.
