What sets Lambda apart
Lambda was founded in 2012, predating the generative-AI-driven surge in GPU cloud demand by roughly a decade.
On 3 November 2025, the company announced a multi-year agreement with Microsoft to deploy tens of thousands of NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, one of the larger publicly named AI-infrastructure supply deals of 2025. Joining now means working at a company old enough to predate the current AI infrastructure cycle, but currently scaling its operations against a single, large, publicly disclosed customer commitment rather than a broad base of smaller ones.
