Internship and graduate hiring at ITRS
What makes ITRS distinctive among IT-monitoring vendors for early-career applicants?
ITRS's Geneos platform is used by 9 of the top 10 investment banks and more than 180 financial institutions worldwide, per the firm's platform page; the customer base is concentrated in capital markets and other regulated industries rather than general enterprise IT. That concentration shows up independently in named deployments such as the National Stock Exchange of India's rollout of Geneos for production monitoring. For a candidate choosing between a generalist observability vendor and a specialist one, ITRS is a bet on depth over breadth: the day-to-day engineering work is built around the latency, data-integrity, and regulatory-monitoring problems specific to trading infrastructure, rather than general-purpose IT operations.
