Hugging Face

Hugging Face hires through a public Workable portal listing mostly experienced engineering roles rather than a structured graduate or internship program, and posts a standing "Wild Card" requisition that invites candidates to pitch themselves outside the existing openings. The firm is remote-first with offices in New York (20 Jay Street, Brooklyn) and Paris (124 Rue Réaumur), states that all employees receive equity, and publishes that its interview process is "flexible and scrappy" rather than the multi-week loop common at large tech firms. Per TechCrunch, the firm raised $235M in 2023 from investors including Salesforce, Google, Amazon, Nvidia and IBM, alongside its open-source platform that hosts millions of public models and datasets. For a candidate weighing AI seats, the Wild Card path means a well-aimed proposal-style application can matter more than fitting a posted requisition, but it also means there is no recurring cohort intake to plan a season around: applications are evaluated as they arrive.

Not right now. Hugging Face has no internship or graduate roles listed today; new postings appear here as the firm opens them.

Applications to Hugging Face go through the firm's own careers site, one application per posting, each expecting a CV and cover letter written for that role.
