Freddie Mac's summer internship runs 10 weeks, with interns placed in one of eight business groups.
On the Capital Markets track specifically, the ten weeks split into two five-week rotations on desks from different function areas, ending in a project presented to desk heads and program leadership. Separately, the Graduate Analyst Program is a full-time entry point for new graduates hired directly, outside the internship pipeline. Because the program is organized by business group and track from the outset rather than as a single generalist internship, the decision that matters for an applicant is which specific group to target, not simply whether to apply.
