EngFlow

EngFlow's founding team held the two lead roles on Bazel at Google: Ulf Adams led Bazel's development and open-sourcing, and Helen Altshuler led its enterprise customer onboarding and co-created BazelCon. The company raised a $3.7m seed round in 2021 and an $18m Series A in 2022, with Andreessen Horowitz leading both rounds alongside Tiger Global and firstminute capital. EngFlow does not publish a separate internship or graduate track: an early-career applicant enters through the same generalist pipeline as an experienced hire, at a company small enough that working alongside Bazel's original maintainers is direct rather than filtered through layers of management. Against a limited number of applications, that direct access to the tool's creators is what would make this firm worth one of them over a larger, better-known infrastructure employer.

Not right now. EngFlow has no internship or graduate roles listed today; new postings appear here as the firm opens them.

Applications to EngFlow go through the firm's own careers site, one application per posting, each expecting a CV and cover letter written for that role.
