The choice between Ruwad and Bedaya is not a backup decision: Ruwad commits a finalist to two years before they pick a permanent role, while Bedaya requires the candidate to have a specific role already in mind at application time. Picking the wrong one means re-applying at a different decision point a year later.

Emirates NBD's formal early-careers tracks — Ruwad, Bedaya and the undergraduate internship — are explicitly Emirati / UAE National only.
