Elavon recruits into Europe through the Elavon Europe Early Careers Programme, launched in September 2022 with an inaugural cohort of five graduates in Ireland and the UK and expanded by 2025 to Poland, Spain and Luxembourg. Two tracks feed into it:

• Summer internship: a 12-week paid program for undergraduates, built as a direct pathway into the graduate track
• Graduate program: a two-year rotation for undergraduates and master's students, moving across Technology, Marketing, Commercial Banking, Finance and Corporate Trust
