How DigitalOcean interviews
DigitalOcean's published interview flow is a five-stage process applied across roles: a human application review, a recruiter call on Google Meet scheduled within two to three weeks of applying, a hiring manager interview, team interviews (which may include a technical exercise or pair-programming session depending on the role), and an offer.
The firm does not maintain a separate early-careers track, so a new-grad or intern application runs the same five stages and the same hiring bar as the team's experienced hires. The careers site also caps candidates at three job applications inside any 180-day window, so choosing the right opening matters more than submitting broadly.
