• Engineering Rotation Programs — 3 years, 3 rotations of 6–12 months
• Supply Chain Development Program — 3 years, three one-year rotations (an Immersion variant runs 3 years, 2 rotations)
• Finance Development Program — 2 years, four six-month rotations with MBA-style coursework
• Accounting Development Program — 3 years, 3 rotations, with CPA/ACCA support
• HR Rotation Program — 2 years, 3 rotations of 8 months
• Marketing Development Program — 2 years, four six-month rotations
• SRO New Graduate Rotation Program (Cybersecurity) — 2 years, four six-month rotations
• NextGen Sales Academy (2–2.5 years), PreSales Academy (12–18 months) and Customer for Life (12–36 months)
• Campus to Corporate — a 12-month transition experience open to recent graduates

Dell notes these programs are not available in every country. The graduate tier is a two- to three-year rotational commitment rather than a single placement, so the function a candidate picks — finance, supply chain, security, sales — matters more than the first role, because the rotations move them across that part of the business before a permanent placement.
