Connor Group

Connor Group runs a single summer internship for accounting and business students, recruiting on campus at schools including UT Austin, BYU, Texas A&M, USC and NYU:

• Nine weeks, first week of June through the second week of August
• Hybrid: two to three days a week in-office, plus a week of in-person onboarding at the Salt Lake City office
• Client-billable work across six solution areas: Digital Solutions, Accounting Advisory, Financial Close & Reporting, IPO Services, Transformation & Risk, and M&A Services
• A "Shark Tank"-style capstone in New York, where interns pitch a new Connor Group service idea to partners for cash prizes and investment consideration

At nine weeks, and starting the first week of June, the timeline leaves little gap after spring semester ends, and because interns are staffed onto live client engagement teams from day one rather than a training rotation, the Salt Lake City onboarding week is the only ramp-up before real client-billable work begins.
