Confluence

Confluence Technologies states the restriction directly on its US postings: the Associate Data Engineer opening - an entry-level role the firm frames as suited to someone early in their career - and its Senior Software Engineer posting both note that for US-based hires, "we can only consider those who are US citizens or Green Card holders." Neither posting states an equivalent restriction for the same role's Toronto and Montreal locations. Federal labor-condition-application data shows Confluence has sponsored H-1B visas elsewhere in the business, 9 filed across fiscal years 2022 to 2024, all certified, per Department of Labor filing records, so the restriction is role-specific rather than a company-wide sponsorship freeze. For an international student without US work authorization, that makes Confluence's Pittsburgh and Boston postings a closed door regardless of application quality; its Canadian locations are simply silent on the question rather than confirmed as open.

Not right now. Confluence has no internship or graduate roles listed today; new postings appear here as the firm opens them.

Applications to Confluence go through the firm's own careers site, one application per posting, each expecting a CV and cover letter written for that role.
