Feedback is returned within 24 to 48 hours of each round, and the end-to-end timeline from application to offer is two to four weeks. A loop that short, with no on-site assessment-centre day, means a candidate is not waiting weeks for a decision that would collide with a peer firm's already-rolling offer.

The firm's college-hiring guide lists US placements out of Sunnyvale or San Diego and Canadian placements through PEY/co-op cohorts at University of Toronto, Waterloo, and Guelph, with eligibility extending to undergraduates in their junior or senior year and graduate students at any stage. A separate New Grad full-time route is posted directly on the firm's open-positions page. Because placements range from a single summer to a full eighteen-month co-op, a Canadian co-op student and a US summer intern are running fundamentally different commitments, and choosing between them is a calendar decision about how the placement fits the academic year, not a small variation on one program.
