Bandwidth runs two onsite early-career tracks at its Raleigh, NC and Denver, CO offices:

• Summer internship: 11 weeks, mid-May through the end of July, open to students enrolled at an accredited university or college, 40 hours per week onsite. Roles span software development, product management, UX design, data science, people analytics, sales and marketing, and network operations.
• Returnship: a paid programme of roughly three months for experienced workers re-entering the workforce, at the same two locations and on the same onsite model.

Both tracks are onsite-only with no remote option, and selected candidates may apply for subsidised housing. A summer here is a physical relocation to Raleigh or Denver for anyone outside those metros, so an applicant is choosing between Bandwidth and remote-option programmes on accommodation as much as on the role.
