Arondite

Arondite is a London mission-orchestration software company, founded in December 2023, that has raised over $12 million: a $10 million seed round led by Index Ventures in May 2025, on top of an earlier $2.25 million pre-seed round led by Creator Fund and Concept Ventures. In March 2026 it signed a multi-million-pound Ministry of Defence contract to deploy its Cobalt platform with the British Army's 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team, and in December 2025 it partnered with defence prime Babcock on the Royal Navy's ARMOR Force autonomous-fleet concept. Both co-founders moved into Arondite from operational roles rather than a corporate graduate pipeline: CEO Will Blyth from the British Army, Palantir and Helsing, and CTO Rob Underhill from BAE Systems and Garrison Technology. For a graduate weighing a small number of applications against larger, more established defence names, the distinguishing fact is that Cobalt is already running on live MoD and Royal Navy programmes rather than pilots, so an early hire's work reaches a fielded military customer within months of joining rather than after years of internal scaling.
