Agoda's students hub lists three named campus programs, alongside direct-hire entry-level roles for recent graduates:

• Summer Internship: 8-10 weeks, June to July, paid
• Off-Cycle Internship: 4-16 weeks, August to April, open to part-time students
• Cooperative Internship (co-op): 4-12 months, year-round, full-time

The 2025 Summer Internship cohort placed 98 students across nine departments in Agoda's Bangkok office. Graduates with 0-2 years of experience are separately eligible for entry-level vacancies rather than a named graduate scheme.

Off-cycle and co-op windows between them span the full year, so unlike a firm running one fixed summer deadline, a candidate can realistically target an Agoda internship at more than one point in their degree instead of building an entire application season around a single date.

Agoda's largest office is a technology hub in Bangkok's One Bangkok complex, spanning 26,000 square metres across seven connected floors and opened on 1 April 2026; independent trade press put the site's headcount at roughly 4,000 (Marketing-Interactive). Agoda ranked 5th on WorkVenture's Top50 Companies in Thailand 2026, a survey of more than 12,000 employees, which separately credits the Bangkok office with a workforce spanning over 90 nationalities. Agoda operates as part of Booking Holdings (Nasdaq: BKNG), one of the largest online travel groups globally.

For a technical early-career hire, this means the bulk of Agoda's engineering roles, and the density of peers and mentors that comes with them, sit in one very large Bangkok site rather than spread across several smaller regional offices, a relocation trade-off worth weighing against a similar internship at a firm with a more fragmented footprint.
